The Department for Education accredits a range of providers to design, deliver, and assess the National Professional Qualifications (NPQs). Northern Education Trust will work in partnership with Teach First for the delivery of the NPQLBC. It is a national qualification that provides recognition of leadership development and professional achievement in aspiring staff.
The National Professional Qualification in Leading Behaviour and Culture (NPQLBC) is for teachers and school leaders who have, or are aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading behaviour or supporting student wellbeing in their school. For example, learning managers or roles with other pastoral responsibilities.
