Developing leadership of business services
We are incredibly proud to launch our Business Services Leadership course at the NET Staff College. Aimed at aspiring and future business managers this development opportunity looks at all aspects of the business services function in a modern education setting.
We were blown away by the levels of interest in this course, receiving over 40 applications for the 25 places available. The course will run over a 10 month period from February 2021 to December 2021 with 13 sessions in total over the duration of the course.
Individual sessions cover key topics such as; Trust vision and values, DEEPs leadership, estates management, curriculum led financial planning, procurement, recruitment, GDPR, OFSTED processes and much more.
Given the success of this course we are now developing a PA office manager training programme which is due to go live later in this academic year.
