Main hall
The main hall is the key heart space of our facility, boasting picturesque views across the green space adjacent to the building. This light and airy space is suitable for larger events and is fully equipped with projection and speaker systems to ensure all delegates can see and hear any presentations. The room is free from any posts or obstructions giving all delegates an optimal viewing experience.
The main hall has been designed with flexibility in mind to allow the layout to be customised to accommodate any event. Bookings of the main hall also include access to the raised welcome area, an ideal space for informal conversations, breakout sessions and lunch.
Rates for the main hall start from £120* for half a day or from £180* for the full day, room only. Catering is also available if required. Please contact our events team for a tailored package and price.

Conference rooms
In addition to the main hall we have five custom designed conference rooms. Each room can comfortably accommodate up to 30 delegates in a classroom layout or up to 15 delegates in a U shaped layout.
Our conference rooms are fully equipped with projector and IT equipment. Two of our conference rooms lead directly off the main hall and are ideal add ons for large conferences where the ability to break out into smaller rooms is required. Three of our conference rooms are located on the first floor of the building, in adjacent rooms and are suitable for smaller meetings or training sessions.
Rates for our conference rooms start from £60* for half a day or from £90* for the full day, room only. As with the main hall, catering is also available if required.

Boardroom
For a more formal feel, our boardroom is an ideal venue to hold Boardroom meetings. This room can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people delegates in a boardroom layout.
The boardroom is equipped with projector and IT equipment and sufficient electrical outlets to support multiple laptops or other devices.
Rates for the boardroom start from £50* for half a day or from £75* for the full day, room only. As with the main hall, catering is also available if required.

Meeting rooms
For the smallest of events we have four individual meeting rooms available. These spaces can comfortably accommodate up to four people and are ideal for conducting interviews, as small breakout spaces for larger events or as private meeting rooms.
Each meeting room has a dry wipe whiteboard and sucient electrical outlets should they be required. Meeting rooms can be provided in a formal style with a central meeting table or in a more relaxed format with soft chairs.
Rates for each meeting room start from £30* for half a day or from £45* for the full day, room only.
