ITT students complete their first term
Faced with new challenges, opportunities and, in our current climate, new obstacles, our ITT students have embraced the first academic term with a resilience and developmental attitude that is truly inspiring. We are incredibly proud of the enthusiasm and progress demonstrated by the ITT students in their response to training both within and outside of our academies.
On Wednesday 9th December 2020 the students engaged with a training session offered by the Trust and following one-to-one meetings, the ITT students have shown a passion for teaching that will ultimately lead to a positive impact on our pupils and their learning throughout the Trust.
We are also pleased to offer a fortnightly bulletin for our ITT students which is tailored directly to their specific areas of interest with regards to pedagogy and learning within the classroom. In particular, the interest in differentiation and inclusive teaching shown is just one of the ways in which the students are expressing determination to offer our pupils a high quality of teaching so early in the year. The forthcoming academic terms certainly hold great promise for our ITT students and we look forward to their success and development throughout the year.
