Teach First Early Career Framework
ECF NQTs have worked incredibly hard this term to complete the first two modules of the Teach First Early Career Framework. They have researched, practiced and developed their classroom routines thus creating effective learning environments. They have also researched how pupils learn and have been using these strategies in their classrooms.
With their first term NQT assessment under their belt they have had the opportunity to share their learning and progress with their mentors and to come up with new targets which they want to develop further next term.
Well done to all NQTs for all their hard work and dedication they have put into their first term as teachers in what has been a very challenging start to their career. Also a huge shout out to all of the mentors who have supported our precious early career teachers.
